I create monthly ads representing Furnitureland South in American Way, the magazine that is distributed via American Airlines flights all over the world. Using various manufacturers' photography, I am responsible for designing an ad that will catch the attention of our audience while still maintaining company brand standards. This is a huge opportunity to gain international brand awareness, and it is an exciting challenge to work with the various furniture brands we choose to highlight each month.

ONTREND MOODBOARDS

One of my ongoing projects as the Graphic Designer at Furnitureland South is to create inspirational moodboards for the OnTrend gallery. OnTrend is a space to keep our visitors and designers updated on the latest trends in home furnishings. The moodboards I create serve as a pinterest-like board of photography and color palattes that then inspires the correlating room scene designed by our Merchandising team. 

GLEN RAVEN BENEFITS

I created this concept for Glen Raven, Inc. while serving as one of their summer interns. The Human Resources department was in need of a summarized version of their Benefits packet to share with potential new hires. I designed this small booklet with the brand of the original packet in mind, but working to create a cohesive and organic design that would carry one's eye through quickly and efficiently.

FLS BENEFITS BOOKLET

This is a long-term project I have taken on during my time with Furnitureland South. There has been a need for a useful recruiting tool that summarizes various job openings within the company and includes a concise and clear explanation as to what it's like to work at Furnitureland South. I have designed this piece to inform not only through the content that is included, but also through the visual aesthetic of the project itself. My hope is that this visually describes what an inspiring and dynamic place Furnitureland South is.

GLEN RAVEN INTERNSHIP

During my time as an intern at Glen Raven, Inc. I was tasked with designing a concise informational booklet about the Intern Program at Glen Raven. Using brand standards and my own photography, I created this piece in hopes of effectively communicating with a younger target audience.
